William Phillips Cook is a Director/Cinematographer located in Los Angeles, California where he specializes in music videos, and narrative film. His past work includes “The Last Pirate” currently streaming on Amazon Prime, “The Tragedy of Senator Abe Froeman,” and his second directorial project “Blood Money,” which is currently circulating through festivals. His music video work has included artists such as Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Morrison, Ministry, Living Color, Lynch Mobb, One Tribe Nation, American Mile and many more.
He has won the “Best Director” silver award at the Best Actor and Director Awards - New York festival for his work on “The Tragedy of Senator Abe Froeman.”
William is continuing to work on music videos and currently working on more narrative films where he will be functioning as Director and Cinematographer. When not working he is watching live performances of local musicians, playing guitar, or traveling off the beaten path.
William has a passion for connecting artistically with musicians, artists, and actors through his work. He firmly believes the best results come through artistic collaboration.
